HCN is committed to helping people who are currently in a situation that has left them financially disadvantaged. HCN believes in giving people opportunities allowing them to pursue goals that will significantly change their lives and improve their current situation. Financial support is provided directly to vendors on behalf of the recipient to fund needs such as healthcare, education, housing and basic living expenses. All potential recipients are required to complete an application, undergo a financial needs assessment, background check, and in person interview process.
